I found the predominant flavors to be more spicy Asian, which I love, than American, but I can live with that! Seven different tapas shared flavors this visit, perhaps Iâll try an entree next time. We started with the ribs, spicy hot but smoky meaty too. a couple Old Fashioneds were very sweet and good, enhanced by the fig. Service was attentive and excellent.We chose to dine tapas style. After the Ravinia crowd left, it allowed for a more leisurely experience and we sat outside. Wasnât sure what to expect from this American Bistro.
